Overview
As our Case Management Supervisor in the Adult Mental Illness program (MI) you will supervise Case Managers working with individuals who have a diagnosis of a mental illness and/or co-occurring substance use disorder. Your primary areas of responsibility will include supervision of staff, authorization of services, and oversight of service provision. You will assist with collaboration and monitoring of the individual's family, social, community and vocational/educational functioning, as well as develop and complete Intake Assessments, Pre-plans and Individual Plans of Service consistent with Person-Centered Planning guidelines.
Responsibilities will also include budget development, program reporting, and planning and evaluation of services. They will provide emergent assessments, as necessary and after hour emergency services supervision. Your prior experience with supervision and desire to work with individuals in need will serve you well in this role.
Hours - Full-Time hours are generally Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with a rotational on-call.
Must have - Master’s Degree in Social Work (LMSW/LLMSW) or Registered Nurse (RN) is required.
Salary - $33.38 - $46.11/hr
