As our Payroll Specialist you will oversee Agency related payroll functions including processing Agency payroll and filing payroll related reports as a part of our collaborative Finance and Accounting team. You will be responsible for payroll accounting journal entries and balancing all payroll general ledger accounts, as well as monitoring and recording staff short-term disability payments for year-end balancing. You’ll process and distribute W2s to all staff, and submit required files to Federal and State Governments. Your experience with payroll and mastery of Excel will serve you well in this role.

Hours – Full-Time hours are generally Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

Must have – Associate’s degree - Bachelor’s preferred.

Salary - $17.55 - $24.18/hr
