Overview
As our Outpatient Therapist, you will join our supportive and dedicated crisis team to perform biopsychosocial assessments, practice outpatient therapy, and assist individuals in need of crisis intervention services. You are a person that is self-driven and ready to take on a person centered and strengths-based approach to help individuals meet their goals. Your organizational skills and desire to be a team player will serve you well in this role.
Hours – Full-Time hours are generally Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with a rotational on-call.
Must have – Master’s degree and license in Social Work or Counseling. Limited licensure accepted.
Salary - $28.15 - $38.89/hr | Plus! $2,000 Sign-On Bonus & Additional compensation from on-call rotation.

Crisis Response and Stabilization (CRS) provides emergent and non‐emergent mental health screening and assessments for outpatient and inpatient mental health services. Services are available to all individuals requiring immediate assistance with a mental health crisis and include crisis response, crisis plan, assessment, referral, direct therapy, and our 24-hour crisis line.
