Outpatient Therapist Supervisor

Overview

As our Crisis Services Supervisor you will supervise the day to day operations of Crisis Response and Stabilization (CRS) Team including crisis walk-in and outpatient therapy. You’ll arrange the scheduling of staff for the CRS primary team and CRS back-up daytime coverage, chair CRS staff meetings, and provide clinical supervision to assigned staff and contractors. There will be days where you review Performance Indicators and will perform clinical case record reviews. Competency in providing psychiatric emergency services including: triage, crisis intervention and stabilization, referral and/or short term brief therapy for all persons served of mental health services (adult and children) is a must. As needed, you’ll develop and complete person centered planning with children, adolescents and adults requesting services from the Agency.  Additional tasks would include managing resources, interpreting insurance benefits of persons served, and acting as a referral agent to service providers. Your experience in the mental health field and work in supervision will serve you well in this role.

 

Hours – Full-Time hours are generally Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with a rotational on-call.

Must have – Master’s degree in Social Work and LMSW licensure. Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) is valued.

Salary – $33.38 - $46.11/hr

Crisis Response and Stabilization (CRS) provides emergent and non‐emergent mental health screening and assessments for outpatient and inpatient mental health services. Services are available to all individuals requiring immediate assistance with a mental health crisis and include crisis response, crisis plan, assessment, referral, direct therapy, and our 24-hour crisis line.
