Overview
As our Specialty Case Manager you’ll be responsible for the oversight of court ordered mental health treatment and Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT) processes for individuals who are non-compliant and/or not established with the agency.
You will complete community referrals as needed and coordinate care with established treatment providers, ensure legal documentation is thoroughly completed and submitted to Probate Courts within a timely manner, and act as liaison for agency jail diversion programs. Your experience working with Probate Courts and courted ordered mental health treatment will serve you well in this role.
Hours - Full-Time hours are generally Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with a rotational on-call.
Must have - Nursing degree or Bachelor's degree in Social Work from a recognized or accredited institution. Must possess state license or registration as required.
Salary - Bachelor’s: $20.78 - $28.64 | Registered Nurse $25.61 - $35.37
