As our Community Support Worker you will help adults receiving mental health services increase or maintain self-sufficiency by promoting community inclusion and participation. You will help individuals to gain access to recreational, volunteer, and other community-based activities of their choosing. Community Support activities focus on improving independence and enhancing recovery, so your skills of encouragement and communication will serve you well in this role.
Hours – Part-Time hours are a minimum of 20-24 hours per week and generally have rotating weekend shifts.
Must have – Driver’s license, and the ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and potential overnight trips as needed.
Salary – Staring pay is $16.71/hr
