Provide supervision to Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist(s) (IECS) and Home Based staff employed within the Home Based Services Division. These responsibilities include such things as assisting IECS Specialist and Home Based staff with the development of a course of treatment as well as determining the length of treatment along with the frequency and duration of intervention, providing oversight on the development of case treatment and termination plans, providing and/or arranging for needed training, reviewing case records for completeness and accuracy, supervise office procedures, etc. The Children’s Supervisor is also responsible for providing direct person-centered services.
Must possess a Masters Degree in psychology, social work, child development or early childhood education in areas relevant to infant mental health to include relevant licensure (i.e. LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, TLLP or LLP). An Infant Mental Health Cerfiticate is desirable but not required.
Must be a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) with three years of professional experience in the examinations, evaluation and treatment of minors and their families requred.
Experience in the supervision of others preferred.
Lived experiences with mental illness, intellectual/developmental disabilities, and/or substance use disorders valued.
Experience working within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary programming approach is also preferred.
Teamwork, familiar with and embrace and practice the philosophies and tools of gentle teaching
Functional computer literacy is required.
Must possess a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record (as determined by the agency).

Salary: $59,155 to $81,660/year
