Coordinates regional outreach to eligible providers to engage them in the service and ensure utilization of the program. Provides linkage between PCP and MC3 Psychiatrist. Facilitates coordination of care for children, adolescents and perinatal women. Provides behavioral consultation services in designated primary care sites (for sites embedded BHCs only). Assists with data collection and project evaluation. Individual will complete intake assessments, Plans of Services, maintain a therapy caseload, respond to crises and be a member of the ESU team. At the presenttime the position will focus 20 hours a week to Behavioral Health Consultant and 20 hours a week to CRS Services.


  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, professional counseling or related field with appropriate licensure.

  • Child mental health professional desired--Experience working with primary care practices and/or knowledge of and experience with collaborative care models.  

  • Knowledge of CMH services and programs for children and families, knowledge of child mental health resources in communities served; and understanding of how to access the services.

  • Knowledge of Mental Health Code and regulations.

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.  Computer literacy is required.  

  • Lived experience with mental illness and developmental disabilities, and/or substance use disorders valued.

Salary: $48,131to $64,521/year
