About This Service

Behavioral Health Home (BHH) provides comprehensive care management and care coordination services to individuals with a select serious mental illness/serious emotional disturbance, and those enrolled in Medicaid, Healthy Michigan Plan, or MIChild.

BHH provides integrated, person-centered, and comprehensive care to successfully address the comlexity of comorbid physical and behavioral health conditions.
